Melissa founded BBPT in 2004 and handles all referals/intakes, coordination of care and billing for BBPT. Melissa has 18 years experience in home care with a wide variety of diagnoses. She offers a positive play environment tailored to each individual child's needs.
Kristin Stapp, MS, OTR/L
Kristin is a light of energy and positivity in the therapy room. She has extensive background in school therapy and home therapy, making her very well-rounded and highly efficient with a variety of settings and populations. Kristin brings a unique skill set with ideas for improving home and classroom independence.
Renee Salcido, MS, CCC-SLP
Renee has been practicing speech pediatrics for 15+ years and is gifted at working with children of all diagnoses and communication abilities. She is proficient with using/programming augmentative communication devices and effectively treats children ranging from non-verbal to high level language pragmatics.
Cindy Weir, MA, MS, CCC-SLP
Feeding specialist, Ahwatukee
Cindy is well versed in many areas of speech therapy. She has particular strength in feeding/dysphagia. Cindy is knowledgeable in many aspects of speech and voice production; and is comfortable with the medically fragile feeding population.
